Pimlico Academy is outside the London Congestion Zone.
Belly dance classes at Pimlico Academy in London are on a drop-in basis (no need to book and pay in advance).
Classes are normally held at this venue on the weeks that the dance studio at City of Westminster College is not available on the Tuesday (expected dates are shown below).
All belly dance classes are
1 hour in length, and cost £10 (£8 until the end of June 2012). There is no membership fee at this venue.
Classes are in Studio L18 (down stairs to lower ground floor and turn left, then follow the signs; or ask at reception for directions).
Changing rooms on the same level as the studio - straight across the quadrangle if it's dry;
if not, follow the hall round to the right, through the restaurant,
exit the restaurant on the left at the far end; changing rooms are then on your right.
Limited space for changing also in the ladies toilets - on the right just before the restaurant.
Before classes, Jacqueline is available for questions
and general advice. A small selection of CDs, DVDs, hip-belts, bellydance accessories, etc.
is normally available for purchase before and after classes; advise Jacqueline in advance if you have particular requirements; and she will endeavour
to bring them along that evening.
Accompanied children (17 and under) are permitted at London belly dance classes only if accompanied by an adult. Children under 16 are chargeable at full adult rate unless the class has spare capacity (half-price will then apply).
Student concessions are not available at these classes.
