| Booking and payments It is essential that you check with me before sending any payment, to make sure there is a place available at the class or set of classes you wish to attend, as the size of the studio and other factors mean that there is a maximum number of places available at each class. If there is a place available and you advise me that you wish to take it, then to confirm your booking, you must pay within 5 working days and before the date of the first class you are attending. However, since (sadly) many people book but then don't make the payment, I have to accept bookings on a FIRST PAID, FIRST BOOKED basis so, if someone pays for the last available place before I receive your payment, then you will have lost your place (and your money will be refunded). Unless agreed with me first, you MUST book and pay for ALL classes remaining in the month  Why??!!To do this, select "All classes" under the Month and Day you will be attending; then select below the number of classes remaining in the month). Bookings for less than the remaining classes will be processed and charged for - but may be subsequently cancelled and refunded if they had not been agreed beforehand. Making Payments The amounts shown in the booking form are the cash/cheque payments. Cheque or crossed Postal Order payments can be made by post to the address on the Contacts page, or you can pay by cash or cheque at any of my other classes. If paying by cash or cheque, you can book for multiple classes (i.e. more than one month at a time), but only if they are all the same class (e.g. Monday lunchtime). If you will be paying by Paypal there is a Paypal transaction processsing charge of £1.50 per booking (NOT per class) - this will be added automatically when you make your Paypal payment. Paypal only accept physical delivery/account addresses, so if you have a PO box address or a forces address (APO or BFPO) you will need to pay by cash or cheque. Please note that Paypal cannot process multiple bookings so, if paying by Paypal, please only select classes within one month, continue to make your Paypal payment, then return here to book for another month.
