Most pages on this site will print OK on a standard printer, but to do so, you need to print only the right hand frame (i.e. not the index on the left). To do this in Internet Explorer, select "Print Preview", change from "As laid out on screen" to "All frames individually", then print Page 2 onwards. Firefox prints frames as standard (but wastes lots of paper by printing huge blank areas!!)
