| The operations you can do on this form are: - the creation of a NEW teacher register entry; - the creation of NEW VENUES (to a maximum of 7); - the complete REPLACEMENT of an existing entry with a new one; - or the permanent DELETION of an existing entry. WARNING!     REPLACE deletes ALL of your existing information - including Venues and Events - so you have to enter ALL the fields you require, just as if it was a "NEW" record. If you only need to make minor changes to your teacher record, it's better to use the UPDATE facility (just go to your current teacher record on the register and click on the 'UPDATE YOUR DETAILS' link at the top of the table). If REPLACING, please bear in mind that the register entry is created semi-automatically by a computer, not a human being - so don't enter in the form below anything like "same as original entry", because the computer will simply take that as the new text and it will then appear in your list entry!! Use DELETE if you wish to delete your teacher entry permanently. This is not necessary if you are going to REPLACE it.    DELETE is only possible using this form if you have previously received a teacher password.
