BASIC TRIP PRICE

(estimated - allow up to 10% either way to allow for
currency fluctuations and variations in flight costs)
£595 per person

(Note : these prices applied to the scheduled 2004 trip,
but should be indicative of future trip costs)

 The Basic Trip Price includes:

-   Flights London to/from Marrakech

-   Airport transfers

-   4 nights accommodation in a twin-bedded shared room
    in a 4-star hotel

-  Bed & Breakfast

The Basic Price excludes:

-    All optional items (see below)

-   Airport taxes (payable at rates applicable at the time; currently around £44)

-   Visa Fee. Visas are currently free of charge to UK citizens and available without difficulty on arrival.  
Clients with other passports should enquire for details.

-   Meals other than those on the indicated meal plan, drinks and use of telephone etc.

If you do not require either flights, or accommodation, you may
still join this trip (and we may be able to arrange flights
for you from other airports); please contact us for details and prices.

Prices of Optional Items will include transport, guide, services and taxes,
where appropriate (but not gratuities); and only apply if paid for before
departure. The prices apply only to clients purchasing the Basic Trip.

A completed and signed Booking Form, with a deposit, is
required to reserve a place.

Prices are dependent upon a minimum size of group (around 8) being achieved.  If the group is larger, it may be possible to reduce some of the prices.
If the group is smaller than this, then the trip will not go ahead.  If this occurs,
your deposit will be returned (less the travel insurance premium, which is not refundable).

Late bookings may be subject to a higher Basic Price, because of flight surcharges.

The balance may be paid by instalments if preferred;
please advise  when booking if this facility is required and we
will send you a payments schedule.
